Michael A. Becker's service to the bankruptcy system goes beyond the representation of individual parties in bankruptcy proceedings.  Michael has made substantial commitments to pro bono legal services, winning awards for such service, as well as to the mentorship of law students studying bankruptcy law.

On August 28, a new redaction law took effect in Missouri. SB103 modified section 509.520 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, and requires certain information to be redacted from court filings, judgments, orders, and records. The new law is in addition to a series of modified Court rules that took effect on July 1.
