On December 6, 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument, in Muldrow v. City of St. Louis, Mo., No. 22-193. The Supreme Court was asked to decide the narrow issue of whether Title VII prohibits job transfers that do not cause a “significant disadvantage” to workers.

Murthy v. Missouri started life as Missouri v. Biden---one of more than two dozen lawsuits filed by Eric Schmitt against the Biden Administration.  It is now before the Supreme Court to address the question of whether Executive Branch involvement in the management and regulation of misinformation and threats across social media platforms violates the First Amendment.
