Important Dates

September 15, 2027		Deadline to submit nominations for consideration by the Nominating Committee Submission Form Nominations will be considered for the following Board of Governors positions: President-Elect Vice President Treasurer Secretary ABA Delegate
October 31, 2027		Deadline for Nominating Committee to complete nominee interviews
November 15, 2027		Deadline for Nominating Committee to select its slate of candidates
December 10, 2027		Deadline for Nominating Committee to release its report
January 1, 2028		Nominating Committee report published online and in January issue of the St. Louis Law Journal
January 10, 2028		Board and YLD election petition filing period opens at 8:30 a.m. Sample Nominating Petition Nominations will be accepted for the following Board of Governors positions: President-Elect Vice President Treasurer Secretary ABA Delegate Member-at-Large (5 openings) Nominations will be accepted for the following Young Lawyers Division positions: Chair-Elect Vice Chair Treasurer Secretary Member-at-Large (2 opening)
January 31, 2028		Board and YLD election petition filing period closes at 5:00 p.m.
March 2, 2028		Board and YLD election ballots delivered to members and online voting opens at 9:00 a.m.
March 16, 2028		Voting closes and all ballots due at 5:00 p.m.
March 31, 2028		Election results to be announced on or before March 31.
