SPEAKERS
Kim Kirn
Kim is an experienced arbitrator with USA&M, AAA, FINRA and the State of Illinois. Her areas of experience include: employment, real estate, personal injury, commercial, insurance coverage and claims, loan defaults and education including special education. She regularly conducts real estate arbitrations pursuant to the ADR program set up in the Metro-East area. She is a tireless advocate for the ADR process. She has over 34 years of legal practice. Her previous legal work representing both plaintiffs and defendants as well as her 16 years as in-house counsel give her a balanced approach to ADR. Kim is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
Mitch Margo
Mitch Margo is a principal with the Clayton, Missouri law firm of Curtis, Heinz, Garrett & O’Keefe, PC. He is a mediator and arbitrator with United States Arbitration & Mediation in St. Louis. Mitch’s practice centers on issues dealing with corporate governance, fiduciary trust and estate litigation, mediation and arbitration as well as sports law. With more than 35 years of experience in local, state and federal courts, Mitch is a great advocate of mediation and arbitration as a preferred forum for dispute resolution. Last year Mitch published his first novel, Black Hearts White Minds, which was selected by the International Book Awards as the Best New Fiction of 2018.
Ron Wiesenthal
Ron is the owner of the St. Louis Mediation & Arbitration Center, LLC.
Brad Winters
Brad Winters is a Neutral on the JAMS panel of US Mediators and Arbitrators. He has over 35 years of litigation experience and two decades of mediation experience. Brad has had a wide-ranging career as litigation counsel for some of the largest companies in the world and for individual consumers; in a giant international law firm and in a small boutique. Brad now devotes virtually all of his time to mediation and arbitration. He has served as mediator in cases ranging from complex 50-state class actions to simple personal injury matters in Missouri, Illinois, California, New York and Colorado. In April 2019 Brad was invited to become a Neutral with JAMS, the largest provider of ADR services worldwide. He is a regular speaker for local and national organizations on legal ethics and trial practice. Brad is a 1981 graduate of the Washington University School of Law.

It is BAMSL's policy to collect payment for events, meetings, and seminars prior to admittance to the event. If payment is not made during registration for the event then you will be required to pay upon check-in at the event. BAMSL may collect an administrative fee for registration cancellations or transfers made within seven (7) days of an event: $10 for one-hour CLE seminars, $25 for half-day CLE seminars and ticketed social and membership events, and $50 for full-day CLE seminars and conferences. Due to the cost of catering, no refunds will be given for pre-ordered meals unless BAMSL received the cancellation request at least seven (7) days prior to the event. All registration change, cancellation, and refund requests should be made in writing.
