Fri, August 23, 2019
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM CT
What a great way to welcome in the day! This class will be great for those newer to yoga or for those who are coming back for more. Emphasis will be on the true essence of yoga—combining movement with breath and concentration—all while having fun and creating some energy for the day.
There will be a limited number of mats to borrow, please bring one if you have one.
After class, enjoy some samples of fresh cold pressed juice from St. Louis Juice Press. Bottles will also be available for purchase at a special price
Amy Rebecca Johnson is an attorney at Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C., practicing in the area of family law and is a certified 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She first became interested in yoga while dealing with the stress of teenage angst in high school. For most of the time since then, she has maintained a daily personal practice and currently teaches three times a week. Yoga allows her to stay grounded and to live mindfully, which is especially important while practicing law in a highly emotional area. She loves sharing the special practice of yoga with others.
