In Missouri, it is mandatory that attorneys use Missouri Approved Instructions (MAI – Civil) in any civil case where the approved instructions apply. This program brings together experienced civil trial attorneys who serve on the MAI Committee. They will share their knowledge in using MAI to properly instruct a jury and will bring you up to date on new developments in civil jury instructions, including the recently adopted MHRA instructions.
