CLE: Recent Developments in Missouri Foreclosure and Evictions
The Real Property & Development Committee is hosting a CLE on Wednesday, June 10 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., in-person at the BAMSL Bar Center and on Zoom. As prior COVID-related restrictions and delays have expired and the economic conditions change, mortgage loan enforcement is trending upward. Two local experts will be presenting on the recent legal climate surrounding foreclosure and related remedies. Kathryn Davis will speak on eviction-related legal issues while Jenny West (SouthLaw) will present on foreclosure mechanics and adjacent issues.
