Notice of BAMSL Annual/Membership Meeting

On Monday, April 7, 2008 at 5:30, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis will hold it's Annual Meeting/Election of Officers. The meeting location will be Point of View, 30th Floor, BAMSL Headquarters, Laclede Gas Building, 720 Olive. A ballot and voting instructions regarding election of officers for the 2008-2009 bar year will be mailed to each current member of the Association prior to the meeting. At the meeting, members in good standing will also vote on changes to the Association By-Laws. The proposed changes to the By-Laws will be printed in the March, 2008 edition of the St. Louis Lawyer. A quorum of 50 members is required to vote on the revisions to the By-Laws, so please mark your calendars now and make every effort to attend this important Membership Meeting. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar w ill be available. An RSVP is requested, but not necessary.
